St. Lukes receives approval for additional Medical Office Building on Anderson Campus

Bethlehem Township commissioners recently approved plans submitted by St. Lukes to build a 2nd medical office building (MOB) on their Anderson Campus in Easton, PA. The hospital, existing 48,000 SF Cancer Center and 77,000 SF MOB all opened in 2011. This new MOB will be 75,000 SF and is expected to start construction in the spring of 2016.

Altee Development Plans new Medical Office Building in Adelco, TX

Altee Development of San Antonio is planning to build a 43,000 SF MOB near the NW corner of Bailey Branch Rd and FM Road 1187 in Aldeco, TX. Altee says this state of the art MOB is located near hospitals and will break ground in July, 2015 and will open in August, 2016.

Medstar Plans Ambulatory Center at Lafayette Center

MedStar Health signed a long-term lease agreement with Beacon Capital Partners, LLC and is set to begin developing its $26 million Lafayette Centre Ambulatory Care Center in Northwest D.C., officials announced Tuesday. The planned 112,000-square-foot campus, between 20th and 21st streets in Northwest, is planned to open in mid-2016. Construction is scheduled to begin in June, 2015.
